If this is your first visit to the page you will need to follow the registration instructions. If we haven’t seen you before, you will need to make a $49 deposit to schedule your initial consultation and exam.
By scheduling a paying a deposit for your New Patient Appointment, you acknowledge that the deposit is non-refundable should you not provide 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:
Online bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty any time up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment. This allows other clients to book in for your cancelled appointment time. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, forget your appointment, or consciously choose to forgo the appointment for whatever reason, you will forfeit your booking fee.
